CHEESY CHICKEN | |
Crush "Cheezits" in blender or with rolling pin. Skin chicken. Rub with pepper and lightly salt. Rub chicken on both sides with sour cream. Roll in Cheezit crumbs. Melt 1 stick butter in Pyrex dish. Place chicken in dish, turn so that butter is on top. Add a little more if crumbs are dry. Cover, bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender at 270 degrees. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer. |
