CHEESY CHICKEN 
Crush "Cheezits" in blender or with rolling pin. Skin chicken. Rub with pepper and lightly salt. Rub chicken on both sides with sour cream. Roll in Cheezit crumbs. Melt 1 stick butter in Pyrex dish. Place chicken in dish, turn so that butter is on top. Add a little more if crumbs are dry. Cover, bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender at 270 degrees. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
