RICE - JELLO SALAD 
1 c. rice
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, crushed
1/2 c. marshmallows

Boil rice until soft; drain. Let cool. Mix 1 pint hot water with Jello; let cool. Add rice, pineapple, cream, sugar, nuts and marshmallows. Mix well and chill. Yields 10 servings.
