JELLO BERRY SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. Jello (raspberry or strawberry)
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. berries (raspberries or strawberries)
1 pkg. graham crackers
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 pt. whipping cream (cold)
8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together 2 1/2 cups boiling water, Jello, 1/2 cup sugar and berries and put in refrigerator until slightly jelled (1 to 2 hours). Crush graham crackers and butter; add 2 tablespoons sugar and mix well. Whip cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar and salt until fluffy. In a large glass bowl layer graham cracker mixture, whipped cream mixture, Jello, graham cracker mixture, whipped cream mixture, Jello and finally top with graham cracker mixture.
