GLAZED HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. minced onion
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar

Combine ham, pork, cracker crumbs, eggs, milk, salt and onion. Divide into sixteen portions and roll each portion into a ball. Place in shallow baking dish, 9"x13". Combine brown sugar, vinegar and mustard in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Pour syrup over ham balls. Bake in preheated oven 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
