GLAZED HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme (powdered)
1/3 c. minced onion
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar

Combine ham, pork, cracker crumbs, eggs, milk, salt, thyme, and onion using an electric mixer. Roll into balls. Place in a shallow baking dish. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard in a saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until boiling. Pour syrup over ham balls. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
