CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 lg. eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract

NOTE: The butter, cream cheese, and eggs should be at room temperature.

Cream sugar and butter together with cream cheese very well. Add flour alternately with 2 eggs; beat well after each addition. Add vanilla and lemon extract. Beat very well. Bake in a tube pan 60 to 80 minutes at 350 degrees.
