CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 tbsp. lemon extract
3 c. flour, sifted
1 pkg. cream cheese, 8 oz.
1 tbsp. vanilla
6 lg. eggs

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add salt and the extracts. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in flour. Spoon mixture into 10 inch tube pan. Bake 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar

Cream cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. beat until smooth. Add small amount of milk if necessary.
