CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. dill (fresh or bottled spice)
2 tbsp. chopped scallions
4 tbsp. butter
Lime wedges

Flake crab meat, removing any shell and cartilage. Combine with bread crumbs, lime juice, egg, Worcestershire sauce, dill and scallions in large bowl; mix well. Shape into 8 patties, place on plate and refrigerate 30 minutes to firm.

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Garnish with lime wedges.
