EAST COAST CRAB CAKES 
12-16 oz. crab meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1-2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper

Make into patties about size of average hamburger. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Brown in skillet. Use minimum amount of oil.
