SPICY COCOA MOCHA MIX 
4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1 c. non-dairy coffee creamer
2 1/2 c. instant pre-sweetened cocoa mix
1/2 c. instant coffee crystals
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground allspice

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix well. To make 1 serving, measure 1/3 cup or 3 heaping teaspoons of dry mix into a mug and fill with hot water. Top with whipped cream. Makes 6 cups dry mix for 18 servings. Store in tightly covered container up to 2 months.
