CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
1 egg
5 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter, soft (no substitute)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour milk (1 tbsp. of vinegar to sour milk)
1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Put ingredients in bowl. Stir briskly for three minutes or until well mixed and very smooth. Bake in well greased loaf pan or cupcake liners. Makes 1 medium size loaf cake or 14 medium cupcakes.
