LIGHT CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 sq. chocolate
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar (slowly). Separate eggs and beat the yolks. Add beaten yolks to sugar and butter. Melt chocolate, and add to above mixture. Add flour, baking powder and salt to above, alternately with milk. Add vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Fill greased cup cake pans 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Frost with your favorite butter cream frosting.
