HOT FUDGE CREPES 
1/4 c. butter
2 (1 oz.) sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

In saucepan, melt butter, and chocolate. Gradually add sugar and salt. Stir in milk and cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Divide ice cream among crepes by placing generous spoonfuls on each one. Roll up and place on serving plates. Top each one with hot fudge sauce.
