1 egg 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. butter Beat eggs and flour together. Add milk; beat until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in 8 inch Teflon pan. Pour in batter and stir. Use the other tablespoon butter to brush pan each time before making the crepe. When pan is hot, pour in batter, about 2 tablespoons. Swirl around to cover pan. Let cook on medium heat until lightly brown. Turn over and cook the other side about 15 seconds. Turn out on wax paper. Put wax paper between each crepe. |
