MICHAEL'S CREPES 
1 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mixture must be thin. Beat 3 minutes with mixer. Heat frying pan with 1/2 teaspoon butter. Pour in 1/2 cup at a time. Brown; flip and serve with jellies, syrup, fruit, whipped cream. Fold in half; sprinkle with sugar.
