MICHAEL'S FAJITAS 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1/3 lb. cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. chicken
1/2 onion, sliced
1 jar Picante sauce
Guacamole dip
Tomatoes, diced
Mushrooms, sliced

De - bone chicken and cut into long slices. Fry the chicken slices. Saute the onions and sliced mushrooms. Shred the cheese. To construct the fajita; put a spoonful of chicken, mushrooms, onions, cheese and tomatoes on the tortilla. Top with guacamole dip and the hot sauce. Fold up the bottom, fold over the sides and eat. The fajita is best with melted cheese on top.
