MICHAEL'S MORNING POTATOES 
1 tbsp. olive oil
6 slices bacon
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans sliced potatoes
Tabasco, dash
Salt
Pepper

Cook bacon until crisp in frying pan. Remove bacon (set aside). In bacon drippings, add olive oil, onions, green peppers and Tabasco. Cook until onions are translucent.

Add potatoes, mix well. Salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, crumble bacon and add to potatoes.
