CHEESE & SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. sausage
2 lb. Velveeta
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel

Brown sausage. Cut Velveeta into cubes and place in crock pot. Add Rotel and sausage. Heat in crock pot until Velveeta is melted.

Great taste with Tostitos Chips, on hamburgers, beans and whatever. I do one other addition, I add one can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup non diluted. If I am making a large batch, I'll put in both. Add a pinch of salt and ground pepper. We always have raves about it.

This is the only way to make this in our family...nothing else needed except some really good tortilla chips! Also, down here in Texas it has to be Owens hot sausage.
