ORANGE MARSHMALLOW FILLING FOR
SPONGE CAKE
 
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
Grated orange rind from 1 orange
20 marshmallows

Heat over boiling water until marshmallows melt. Stir until smooth. Set aside to cool. Beat 1 pt. heavy cream until whipped. Fold in orange marshmallow mix. Frost cake.
