6 to 8 peeled peaches
3/4 c. sugar or less
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
Butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sugar cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice fresh peaches in shallow pie pan. Mix sugar, flour and salt. Pour over peaches, dot with bits of butter.

Top with package of cookies sliced approximately 1/4 inch thick. Bake about 45 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
