SUNSHINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges and juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil

Beat cake mix, oranges and juice, eggs, oil until light and fluffy. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured round layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes; cool.

FROSTING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Mix frosting ingredients by hand until well blended. Spread on layers, sides and top. Refrigerate.
