ONION ICE CREAM 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/4 cup onion, finely minced
1/4 cup Celery, finely minced
2 tbsp. Green Pepper, minced
2 tbsp. Pimiento, minced

Combine first six ingredients in saucepan and cook thick. Stir in beaten egg and vinegar. Cool thoroughly. Fold in remaining ingredients. Freeze firm. Use with vegetables salads or tomatoes.

Yield: One pint.
