BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CARROT CASSEROLE | |
1 head cauliflower 1 lb. broccoli 1 lb. carrots 1/4 lb. butter 4 slices American cheese 4 slices Swiss cheese 4 oz. frozen peas 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese 1 c. sour cream Bacon bits Cut vegetables in small pieces. Spread in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Melt butter and pour over. Mix cheeses and sour cream. Spread over vegetables. Top with bacon bits. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
