“SWEET POTATO BAKE” IS IN:

SWEET POTATO BAKE 
6 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into pats
1/2 cup brown sugar
cinnamon, to taste
1 (16 oz.) bag mini marshmallows (I use Jet-Puffed)

Boil sweet potatoes for 20 minutes or until fork tender, then drain.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Layer potatoes, butter, sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar, marshmallows, repeat layering. Cover top with marshmallows.

Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
