SEAFOOD MOLD 
2 env. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Heat soup until hot, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together until fluffy. Combine all ingredients together. Suggest you mold in a fish shape mold. Grease mold or pan well with mayonnaise. Chill overnight. Garnish with parsley. To make eye for fish use olive.
