MOLDED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. diced cooked chicken or 1 lg. can tuna
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 hard boiled eggs, cubed
1/2 lb. pimento cheese, cubed
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
4 c. diced celery
1 c. broken nuts

Dissolve Jello in water. Add salt and let thicken. Combine mayonnaise and cream and beat in Jello. Lightly fold in other ingredients which have been lightly tossed. Either mold or put in glass baking dish and refrigerate.
