MOLDED MAGIC CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. white meat, chicken roll, cut into 1/4" cubes
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
4 slices bacon, crisp & crumbled
Party rolls or crackers

Add boiling water to gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Blend in sour cream. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in chicken, parsley and bacon. Pour into 4 cup mold. Chill until set. Serve with party rolls or crackers.
