MOLDED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 chicken bouillon dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey (cut into sm. pieces)
3 stalks celery (finely chopped)
4 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1/2 lb. seedless white grapes

Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes; dissolve in hot bouillon and cool. Stir slowly into Miracle Whip until smooth; add other ingredients and turn into large fancy fluted mold, or individual molds. Chill until set. If large mold with open center is used, pile carrot curls and ripe olives in center. Yield: 8 servings.
