STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. lg. mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 lb. hot bulk sausage

Wash mushrooms, take center of mushrooms out and chop center pieces. Brown sausage and onions. Add chopped mushroom stems; drain. Add cream cheese. Stir until cheese melted. Stuff mushrooms with filling. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees until lightly browned.
