1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 carton sour cream
1 sm. can of crab
1 sm. can of tiny shrimp
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 can chopped waterchestnuts

Drain cans of crab and shrimp.

Mix all ingredients together, add mayonnaise for desired consistency.

Chill well.
