TEXAS RIVIERA SEAFOOD DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
12 oz. cocktail sauce
8 oz. crab meat
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 oz. Monterey cheese, shredded
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. ripe olives
1 tomato, chopped

Mix first 6 ingredients until smooth. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish or round pizza plate. Layer remaining ingredients in order given. Serve at room temperature with Melba or crackers.
