SEAFOOD DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 bottle seafood cocktail sauce
1 can baby shrimp
4-6 oz. imitation crabmeat

On large platter, spread thin layer of cream cheese. Pour entire bottle of cocktail sauce over cream cheese layer. Over sauce, layer shrimp and crabmeat. Serve with crackers.
