SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine butter, sugar and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy.

Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Add alternately to creamed mixture with sour cream and vanilla. Mix well.

Grease and flour bundt pan or tube pan. Spoon 1/2 batter into pan. sprinkle 1/2 topping mixture over this. Add remainder of batter. Sprinkle on remainder of topping. Swirl spoon or spatula through batter so topping will be striped through coffee cake. Place in cold oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Let cool. Remove from pan.
