SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream together the butter, sugar and sour cream. Add eggs and vanilla and blend well. Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda and add to batter. To make the filling mix together the nuts, sugar and cinnamon.

Grease a 10-inch tube pan; put 1/3 of the batter in the pan then 1/2 of the filling mixture; followed by another 1/3 of the batter and the rest of the filling mixture ending with remaining batter.

Bake at 350°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
