RASPBERRY PARFAIT 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
2 pts. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened, or frozen yogurt

Dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Chill until firm. When serving, alternate layers of raspberry gelatin and ice cream in parfait glasses.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
