ORANGE TEMPTATION PARFAIT 
1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. honey
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
3/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar free orange Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. diced orange sections or mandarin oranges

Blend 1/4 cup Cool Whip, yogurt, honey and spices; set aside. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to Jello, stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Place orange sections in parfait glasses. Top with yogurt mixture and let set 30 minutes. Chill 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped cream.
