CHILI 
15 lbs. coarsely ground meat
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
2 to 4 c. suet or 2 c. fat
2 c. chili powder (makes a mild chili)
1/2 c. salt
2 or 3 c. chopped onions
3 tsp. comino seed

Melt fat. Add meat and sear until white. Add enough water to cover chili. Add chili powder, salt, comino seed, onion, and garlic. Slowly cook until done.
