NOODLE PUDDING 
1 (8 oz.) bag wide noodles
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1 c. apple sauce
1 c. cornflake crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
butter

Cook noodles according to directions on package. Beat eggs. Stir in sour cream, cottage cheese and apple sauce until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir noodles and egg mixture together. Pour into greased casserole. Dot with butter. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered approximately 35-45 minutes.
