MOTHER'S GREAT NOODLE PUDDING 
1 lb. thin noodles
6 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 c. white raisins
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 c. sour cream
2 c. milk

CRUMB MIXTURE:

1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Cook noodles 5 minutes. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, butter, raisins in separate bowl. Mix together cheese, sour cream and milk. Combine both mixtures. Put in large (larger than 9 x 13 inch) buttered pan. Top with the crumb mixture. Dot with butter, then bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until knife comes out clean. A delicious dessert or side dish.
