CHEESE NOODLE PUDDING 
1/2 lb. fine noodles
1/2 lb. cottage cheese (bulk)
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 pt. milk
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Raisin, nuts, cherries (optional)

Melt half of butter in baking pan. Cook noodles and drain. Mix all ingredients in mixer, one at a time. Blend in noodles. With remaining butter sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until firm. Bake at 350 degrees.
