CHOCOLATE SAUCEPAN COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
3 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts or raisins (optional)

Bring to rolling boil the sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Add oats, coconut and nuts; mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper. Cool for 1 hour at least.
