SAUCEPAN OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 c. quick oatmeal
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. corn syrup

In heavy pan, combine sugar and cocoa. Stir in milk. Add butter. Bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Stir in oatmeal and peanut butter. Add corn syrup. Return to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir until thickened. Drop by tablespoon on waxed paper.
