SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 (27 oz.) can spinach, drained and chopped
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 2 quart saucepan heat spinach over low heat. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Layer artichoke hearts in the bottom of a casserole dish. Spread spinach mixture over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
