ARTICHOKE SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 c. artichoke hearts, cut in half
3 pkgs. cut leaf spinach, defrosted & drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Arrange artichokes in bottom of casserole. Place spinach on top. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on top. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover 10 minutes for cheese to become golden.
