ARTICHOKE AND SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
6 tbsp. butter
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook artichokes and spinach separately according to package directions. Butter 8 x 12 baking dish. Layer artichokes in dish. Soften butter and cream cheese in microwave and blend together. Stir in spinach and sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread over artichokes; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serves 6-8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
