SPINACH ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 can Progresso artichoke hearts (not marinated)
2 pkgs. chopped spinach (frozen)
3/4 stick butter
1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Cook spinach per directions and drain. Quarter artichoke hearts and place in bottom of 6x10 inch glass dish.

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in spinach and cream cheese. Pour mixed ingredients over artichoke hearts and sprinkle layer of bread crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
