SPINACH & ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
2 cans Progresso artichoke hearts
2 half pts. heavy cream
1 chopped onion
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. white pepper
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook spinach in pot with chopped onion and salt. Drain. Drain and cut into quarters artichoke hearts. Saute in butter with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper. Mix heavy cream with spinach mix in artichokes. Top casserole with Kraft grated cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until hot. 10 servings.
