SPINACH ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. block (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cube butter (1/2 c.)
4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 can fried onion rings
Salt
Pepper

Boil spinach; drain thoroughly. Mix together while hot: cream cheese, spinach, butter, salt and pepper. Layer half spinach, then artichokes, then remaining spinach. Top with fried onion rings. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Great for potlucks.
