ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
4 pieces bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Dash of cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce

In bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover; chill several hours or overnight. Serve with crackers. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
