ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 (15 oz.) cans artichokes and water
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground meat, fried and drained
3 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. water
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Bake uncovered.
